We make sure the property is seen by anyone and everyone that is looking to rent in the market. Between our property management software and Bright MLS, our rental listings are syndicated to hundreds of websites including Zillow, Trulia, Redfin, Realtor.com, Homes.com, Apartments.com, Hot Pads and many more.
Tenant Screening
Tenants go through a thorough application process to rent a home managed by Whitehead Rental Management. Our team reviews the applicants credit history, verifies income, reviews criminal background history, and requests references from previous landlords when available.
Property Maintenance
To ensure timely care of our owners’ properties and provide excellent service to tenants, if the cost of a repair is less than $1,000 and approved by the owner, WRM may cover the repair cost upfront and reimburse itself from future tenant rent payments or owner funds.
Property Inspections
Whitehead Rental Management’s on staff maintenance team performs inspections of all of our properties and reports their findings to our owners. Owners are welcome to join additional requested inspections.
